It’s time for the Festival of Trees! This time of year, the main-floor hallways of The Malcolm Hotel turn into a magical forest of Christmas trees that bring cheer to all who care to visit. This annual event has become a great way to connect with the community and enjoy some Christmas cheer. And the best part? It’s absolutely free.

Every year, companies, community groups, and non-profits decorate trees and wreaths throughout the main-level hallways of The Malcolm Hotel. It’s a wonderful display of Christmas cheer brought to you by the Rotary Club of Canmore. It becomes a community gathering space where people can get together and enjoy the beautifully decorated trees, listen to some holiday music, and feel the warmth of the community.

If you’re looking to make the most of the event, grab a holiday themed hot beverage from Pulse to enjoy while you look at the decorations. Their Candy Cane Hot Chocolate makes a perfect accompaniment to the event, and their cinnamon latte tastes like Christmas. They’re located in The Malcolm on the first floor near the entrance.

If you’re looking to make an evening of it, enjoy a meal at The Stirling for fine dining options in a relaxed setting.
