Glacier Festival

The United Nations has named 2025 the International Year of Glaciers’ Preservation to highlight how important glaciers are for our climate. In Glacier and Mount Revelstoke national parks, this means focusing on how melting glaciers affect local wildlife, water supplies, and tourism and what those changes will look like in the future.
So, join us on July 12th to celebrate the International Year of Glaciers’ Preservation! Spend the day immersed in the wonders of glaciers with a variety of engaging events at Glacier House and beyond.
