This season, guests have the opportunity to explore breathtaking trails with the lodge’s newly acquired set of 25 cross-country skis, boots, and carbon poles, catering to all sizes. For an affordable daily rate of $30, adventurers can hit the groomed 12 km of scenic trails available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Those eager to ensure their gear can reserve it by phone, with the condition that it’s picked up by 9:30 am on the day of rental.
In anticipation of this launch, the lodge has revamped the surrounding trails, making them perfect for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and fat tire biking. These trails offer a serene escape, winding through forests and protected from the cold by tall, snow-covered pines, guaranteeing a peaceful and immersive outdoor experience.
After a day in the snow, guests are invited to indulge in Mount Engadine’s famous afternoon tea service. Available daily from 2-5 PM at $35 per person, it features a delicious charcuterie board with local meats and cheeses, a daily strudel for dessert, freshly brewed coffee, and a selection of Canadian tea blends from Banff Tea Co. Additional drinks like hot chocolate, Grizzley Paw Sodas, and cocktails from the menu are also available for purchase. Guests can relax on the lodge’s picturesque patio overlooking the valley or inside by the cozy fireplaces, enjoying the views. The staff is ready to cater to any dietary needs or preferences, making a reservation in advance is recommended due to limited drop-in availability.
