For something a little extra, the Rose & Crown is hosting Death by Chocolate, decadent murder mystery party with cocktails, rich chocolate temptations, and a murder to solve!
Go Skiing
Don’t think the ski hill is romantic? Think again! Norquay is hosting their annual Lifts of Love event on February 7. This speed-dating-on-a-chairlift event is the perfect way to meet that special someone! The event is early this year, so you probably have time to fall in love before Valentine’s Day is here for real. Other great events at Norquay include Cool2Carpool on February 11 (Galentines anyone?), Magic on the Mountain on February 14, and the special Starlight Dinner at Cliffhouse Bistro.
Find Romance under the Stars
Take the gondola to the top of Sulphur Mountain and experience Nightrise, a series of immersive, interactive art displays that reimagine the mountaintop at night. This is the final season for Nightrise, so make sure you get to experience it before it’s gone! Nothing says romance holding onto your special someone while spinning down the mountain in a giant inflatable tube under the stars. Night tubing at Mt Norquay is fast, it’s fun, and it’s a great way to spend some time on the slopes at night. Check it out on Friday and Saturday evenings this winter!

Let your artistic side flow with a couples craft night. Paint pottery at Good Earth Coffehouse with Crock-a-Doodle. No experience is necessary for this event, and you’ll walk away with a couple of a set of two mugs, wine goblets, or beer steins and some great memories.
