Heated Chairlifts at Sunshine

Warm up between your runs with not one, but two heated charilifts at  Sunshine Village! The new Super Angel chairlift is ready to fly this winter. This luxury chairlift is replacing Angel Express and it comes complete with cozy bucket seats, footrests, and a stylish yellow bubble cover. This will be Sunshine’s first high-speed, 6-passanger luxury chairlift. If you have sentimental feelings about Angel Experess, don’t worry – it’s being relocated to Castle Mountain Resort where it will continue it’s legacy as the resort’s first high-speed chairlift.

More Runs at Lake Louise

Getting in more runs has never been easier at Lake Louise Ski Resort with their new Pipestone Express Chair. This this state-of-the-art, high-speed heated six-person chair is the fastest way to reach the top, with a ride time of just over 6 and a half minutes. It’s designed to improve access with less wait time so you can get more runs throughout the day.

Family Fun at Norquay

Get the whole family outside with family fun at Mount Norquay. They have expert ski instructors who are ready to teach the kiddos about the love of skiing (or they can top up your skillset to get you on longer and steeper runs). They also have Alberta’s longest tube lanes. Have you tried tubing? It’s fast, fun, and an excellent way to spend some time at the hill! If the short days of winter have got you down, Norquay offers night skiing and tubing on select runs and select evenings during the winter, so you can keep going long after the sun goes down.
